How do I know which glove size is right for me?

We provide a detailed size chart on every product page. Generally, 10-12oz gloves are for bag work, while 14-16oz are recommended for sparring to ensure maximum safety for you and your partner.

Do you offer international shipping for fight gear?

Can I return a mouthguard or groin protector if it doesn't fit?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on mouthguards, hand wraps, or groin protectors once the original packaging has been opened.
